Help protect dataset quality by reviewing healthcare annotations for accuracy, consistency and adherence to clinical project requirements.

What you may do

Review completed annotations against project guidelines.
Approve correct work or request targeted rework.
Identify systematic annotation errors and quality trends.
Support adjudication and difficult clinical cases.
Maintain clear reviewer feedback and quality documentation.

Who should apply

Relevant clinical or healthcare professional background.
Strong understanding of the relevant clinical domain.
Ability to assess annotation quality objectively and consistently.
Ability to complete SCILabel verification, training and assessment.

Training, assessment and approval

Applicants are reviewed before progressing through verification, free training and qualification.

The initial pre-work assessment is designed as a 40-minute assessment. The current qualification threshold is 95%.

Assessment success does not automatically create a workforce account. SCILabel Admin performs the final approval and onboarding decision.

Professional verification

Depending on the role and project, SCILabel may verify professional qualifications, relevant experience, identity and professional registration information before approval.

Applicants should not submit patient records, patient-identifiable data or confidential clinical information as part of recruitment.

After qualification

Qualified applicants remain subject to final Admin approval. Approved workers may receive a SCILabel Worker ID and proceed to secure Portal onboarding when appropriate.

Approval does not guarantee immediate project allocation, a minimum amount of work or continuous paid opportunities. Project opportunities depend on client demand, required expertise, availability and project-specific qualification.
